We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee our supply chain operations.

Position Overview:

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes within our organization. This role involves developing and implementing supply chain strategies, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, and ensuring that our supply chain operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Strategy and Planning
   • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
   • Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of products while minimizing excess stock.
2. Supplier and Vendor Management
   • Identify and engage with suppliers and vendors to source materials and services required for operations.
   • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and ensure quality and timely delivery.
   • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
3. Logistics and Distribution
   • Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
   • Ensure the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods from suppliers to our facilities and from our facilities to customers.
   • Implement and manage logistics strategies to improve delivery times and reduce transportation costs.
4. Process Improvement
   • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize supply chain operations.
   • Utilize data and analytics to monitor supply chain performance and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
5. Collaboration and Coordination
   • Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, production, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination across the supply chain.
   • Collaborate with other departments to address supply chain challenges and support overall business objectives.
6. Compliance and Risk Management
   • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies related to supply chain operations.
   • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions in the supply chain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management, logistics, or a related role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management).
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
